Job Overview

We are seeking an Automation Specialist to streamline business operations. You will connect disparate software tools using Zapier, Make.com, or custom APIs to create seamless workflows. This role requires a logical thinker who loves eliminating repetitive manual tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

Tools: Expert in Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.
Technical: Understanding of Webhooks, JSON, and REST APIs.
Logic: Strong ability to visualize complex if/then logic paths.
Coding: Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Design: Map out and build automated sequences (Zaps/Scenarios).
Integration: Connect CRMs, email marketing tools, and databases via APIs.
Optimization: Audit existing processes to identify bottlenecks and efficiency gains.
Maintenance: Monitor automations for errors and troubleshoot breakages immediately.
