Online Application
Begin your journey by submitting an application through our Careers Portal. Tell us your story—provide detailed information about your skills, experience, and career aspirations so we can see where you shine.
Step 2
Profile Matching & Assessments
You will complete two key evaluations: the Acumax Index and the Acumen Assessment. We use these results to scientifically determine which positions are best suited to your natural strengths and work style.
Step 3
Initial Interview & System Check
Qualified applicants are invited to a one-on-one webcam interview with a Mira recruiter. We will assess your communication skills and conduct a quick tech check to verify your home office setup meets our technical standards.
Step 4
Skills Assessments for select positions
For specialized roles, you will be asked to complete a targeted skills assessment. These vary based on the position requirements, ranging from soft skills like active listening to technical skills like data analysis.
Step 5
Client Interviews
You meet the client. This webcam session is your opportunity to showcase your skills and, just as importantly, determine if the client’s needs and culture align with your own capabilities and goals.
Step 6
Onboarding & Start Working
The match is made! You will undergo a structured onboarding process, including training on client-specific tools. Our operations team supports you throughout to ensure a smooth, confident transition into your new role.

Do I need previous experience to apply?
While some specialized roles require experience, we often have openings for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. We value attitude and “trainability” just as much as your resume. Check individual job listings for specific requirements.
What are the working hours?
Since most of our clients are based in the U.S. and Canada, many roles require working during North American business hours (night shift in the Philippines). However, we also offer flexible and mid-shift roles depending on the client’s needs.
How does the payment process work?
You will receive your payment bi-monthly (twice a month)
