Data Analyst / BI Assistant

Job Overview

Mira Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw numbers into actionable business insights. You will clean data sets, analyze trends, and build visual dashboards using Tableau or Power BI. Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel is required.

Skills & Qualifications

Software: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
Database: Strong SQL skills for querying databases.
Spreadsheets: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions (Macros/VBA).
Business Acumen: Ability to explain data findings to non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Cleaning: Prepare raw data for analysis by removing errors and inconsistencies.
Visualization: Create interactive dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics.
Analysis: Identify trends and patterns to support business decision-making.
Reporting: Generate regular reports for stakeholders.
