Skills & Qualifications

Healthcare: Experience with US insurance verification and terminology.
Compliance: Certified or experienced in HIPAA regulations.
Soft Skills: Empathy and patience when dealing with patients.
Tools: Familiarity with EMR/EHR platforms (e.g., Practice Fusion, DrChrono).

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling: Book patient appointments and manage provider calendars.
Verification: Call insurance companies to verify coverage and co-pays.
Records: Update patient charts and history in the EMR system.
Patient Support: Answer phone inquiries and assist with intake forms.
