Job Overview

We are looking for a persuasive Podcast Booking Coordinator to help thought leaders get featured on top shows. You will research relevant podcasts, craft personalized pitches, and manage the booking schedule. Excellent written English and outreach skills are required.

Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills for cold emails.
Research: Ability to find contact info for producers and hosts.
Organization: Experience using CRMs to track outreach pipelines.
Persistence: Comfortable with follow-ups and rejection.

Key Responsibilities

Research: Identify podcasts that align with the client’s expertise and audience.
Pitching: Write and send personalized email pitches to hosts/producers.
Coordination: Schedule recording dates and manage pre-interview details.
Follow-up: Maintain a CRM of outreach status and follow up on leads.
