Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Game Community Moderator to keep online spaces safe and fun. You will monitor chats (Discord/In-Game), resolve player conflicts, and engage with the community. Deep familiarity with gaming culture and internet slang is required.

Skills & Qualifications

Platform: Experience moderating Discord, Reddit, or Twitch.
Culture: Active gamer with knowledge of MMO/FPS terminology.
Soft Skills: Conflict resolution and thick skin for handling toxicity.
Communication: Ability to remain neutral and professional.

Key Responsibilities

Moderation: Monitor chat logs and forums for toxicity or rule-breaking.
Engagement: Participate in discussions and answer player questions.
Safety: Ban malicious users and report severe violations to devs.
Feedback: Gather player sentiment and bug reports for the team.
