Job Overview

We are seeking an engaging Community Manager to nurture online groups. You will moderate discussions, welcome new members, and spark engagement in Discord, Slack, or Facebook Groups. You are the “vibes manager” ensuring the community remains active and positive.

Skills & Qualifications

Platforms: Experience managing Discord servers or FB Groups.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.
Strategy: Ability to plan engagement campaigns to reduce churn.
Communication: Friendly, inclusive, and professional tone.

Key Responsibilities

Moderation: Enforce group rules and handle conflicts diplomatically.
Engagement: Start discussions and reply to members to keep activity high.
Content: Schedule community announcements and events.
Reporting: Track growth metrics and member sentiment.
