Education Assistant / Course Support

Job Overview

We are seeking an Education VA to support online course creators. You will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), assist students with login issues, and upload course content. Familiarity with platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, or Thinkific is highly preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

Platforms: Experience with Kajabi, Teachable, Moodle, or Thinkific.
Technical: Ability to troubleshoot basic video playback or access issues.
Content: Basic skills in formatting text and uploading media.
Communication: Friendly and supportive tone with students.

Key Responsibilities

LMS Management: Upload videos, worksheets, and quizzes to the platform.
Student Support: Answer emails regarding login issues or billing.
Tracking: Monitor student progress and attendance rates.
Community: Moderate course discussion boards or Facebook groups.
