Job Overview

We are hiring a Procurement VA to streamline supply chains. You will research vendors, issue purchase orders, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex spreadsheets.

Skills & Qualifications

Negotiation: Ability to communicate with vendors for better rates.
Logistics: Understanding of shipping and supply chain basics.
Data: High proficiency in Excel for tracking inventory.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing: Research and vet new suppliers or vendors.
Ordering: Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
Tracking: Monitor shipment timelines and resolve delays.
Inventory: Update stock levels and coordinate restocks.
