Job Overview

Mira Staffing is looking for a Content Repurposing Specialist to support creators. You will edit long-form podcasts or videos, upload them to platforms, and chop them into clips for social media. Experience with YouTube Studio and audio editing is key.

Skills & Qualifications

Editing: Competence in Descript, Premiere, or basic audio tools.
Platform: Familiarity with YouTube Studio and podcast hosts (Libsyn/Anchor).
SEO: Knowledge of video keywords and tagging.
Social: Understanding of what makes a “viral” clip.

Key Responsibilities

Editing: Edit audio for podcasts or video for YouTube.
Publishing: Upload episodes with optimized titles, tags, and show notes.
Repurposing: Create “Shorts” or “Reels” from long-form content.
Design: Create engaging thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop.
